1996 Land Rover Discovery for sale

I thought I'd keep this truck forever, and spared no expense making it how I wanted it. It has been on many a LRR expedition and proven quite capable. It has 200k miles, passes smog with flying colors, see smog report below. I have pink slip in hand. This truck does everything I need it to do, but tow our 3500# trailer, and so I bought a new range rover. I have not yet cleaned the truck up, but I hope to post some pics of it waxed and spotless this weekend. I have literally driven this 2000 miles in 2 years, verified by the smog reports. I have every receipt for every part put on this truck.

Hannibal rack with full length gutter support, all aluminum, very quiet on the freeway. Jerry can holder included.
Front seats were reupholstered about 1 year ago, they are super nice, and I believe I pad around $650.
Center locking diff and hi/lo range (stock for this year)
Brush guard, light guards front and rear, rear ladder.
ARB rear locking diff with air compressor, wired though relays and factory dash switches
Winch tucked deep in between the frame rails, synthetic winch line never been used, HD recovery point
Hella 100W cornering lights on front brush bar wired though relays and factory dash switches
Hella 100W eurobeam lights on roof rack wired though relays and factory dash switches
Hella work light on rear of rack
Extra low power dome lights in rear
fold up Taco stand rear table
Diff guard and skid plate protects radiator and winch.
OME 2" lift and OME shocks on all four corners (about 4 years old now)
OME steering stabilizer
Swivel balls still hold oil, and have been pre-tensioned
Wired for 7 pin trailer with brake controller (brake controller not included)
Subwoofer in an bandpass enclosure (fully enclosed). Stereo sounds great, ipod connection.
CB radio antenna, wired up to glove box.
AC blows cold
New windshield, less than 500 miles.
BFG all terrain T/A tires roughly 50% tread
Brand new Optima Blue top installed about 6 months ago.
New triangle bushings for rear trailing arm about 1 year ago.
New drivers side cat about 2 years ago (old one was crushed on a log)
New motor mounts about 2 years ago
New steering rack and ball joints installed about 2 years ago
New fuel filler and breather hoses about 2 years ago
New fuel pump about 3 years ago
Oil pan gasket and valve cover gaskets about 3 years ago.
All new radiator hoses about 4 years ago
Panhard bar bushings replaced about 4 years ago.
Front wheel bearings about 4 years ago. Change the oil every 5k, tranny every 20k. It's been about 40k since plugs were done.
Never been over heated, never run hot, never failed smog.
No sunroofs.
Set of 3 brand new keys made by a professional locksmith (they work perfectly), and one original.
Everything keyed the same.

Known issues, very small exhaust leak where the drivers side header meets the pipe.
Rear drivers side door lock sometimes sticks
Leaves a couple drops of oil when parked. No major oil leaks
ABS works most of the time, but occasionally when parking or turning sharply it engages. I leave the pump unplugged, but it works, just need to constantly re-seat abs sensors.
Head liner starting to sag, I have cork screw pins holding it up, and it doesn't bother me.
Dash has two screws where brake controller used to be, see pics. The dash has also curled a bit, I installed a wood piece to hold down the front edge.
Had repairs made to front fender from an accident before I owned it, very minor, but just pointing it
out. Cruise control doesn't work.
200k miles, but runs strong. I've owned it since around 150k.

Attaching pics in next post, and will update pics once I've had a chance to clean it up. It has not been washed in about a year.

Asking $5k obo. Pink slip in hand, smog was done in december, I will resmog. Disco is in Dublin

California. 925 915 9021. Winch, rack, lights, ARB locker, and reupholstering are about $3k in upgrades alone. If it doesn't sell in a few weeks I'll probably start parting stuff out. I have a set of new vented front rotors and pads, rotoflex, two ball joints, CB radio, set of four chains also available for purchase (not included in price of the truck)
